2022 February 17 - The Philippine Embassy in Turkey, Ankara, respectfully informs the public of the following:

1. The Certified List of Voters for 2022 Elections (CLOV 2022) published in the Embassy’s website, ankarape.dfa.gov.ph, include Filipinos residing in Turkey (excluding Filipinos residing in Istanbul and/or in the Marmara Region), Azerbaijan and Georgia.

2. The Certified List of Voters (CLOV 2022) published in the Philippine Consulate General in Istanbul website, istanbulpcg.dfa.gov.ph, include Filipinos residing in Istanbul and/or in the Marmara Region.

3. If you have registered during the period of 16 December 2019 to 14 October 2021 and your name is not reflected on the CLOV 2022, please send your acknowledgment receipt together with a copy of your passport to This email address is being protected from spambots. If you are a Filipino residing in Istanbul and/or in the Marmara region, please send the requested documents to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The Philippine Embassy would highly appreciate receiving the documents on or before 22 February 2022.

4. Please take note that the mode of voting will be via postal mail. Ballots wıll be sent to voters’ registered addresses once these are received from the COMELEC. The voting period is from 10 April to 09 May 2022.If you are included in the CLOV 2022 and have changed your address after being registered, please send your updated address in the emails mentioned above depending on your location.
