Please be notified that the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Philippine Consulate General in Istanbul (PCG Istanbul) in Esentepe Mahallesi, Buyukdere Caddesi No. 171, 13/F Metrocity Office Building A Blok, Sisli, Istanbul, Turkey, will convene a Hearing on 19 July 2021 at 1500H at the Conference Room of the Consulate General, to deliberate on the applications for registration/certification, reactivation, transfer of registrations, correction of wrong entries of overseas voters, and other applications filed from the period of 15 June 2021 to 30 June 2021.
Considering the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and in view of the COMELEC Secretary’s Memorandum No. 210292 (Ref. No. 0217-21) dated 14 April 2021 providing a copy of the Commission en Banc’s approval of the guidelines proposed by the COMELEC-Office for Overseas Voting (OFOV) in a Memorandum dated 12 April 2021 (OFOV-2021-0854) to the Commission En Banc, for the use of videoconferencing software or platform for the conduct of Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) hearings virtually/online at Posts, the Philippine Consulate General in Istanbul will broadcast the hearing online in lieu of an actual physical hearing via the following Zoom link.
