PH Consul General Mananquil Calls on Malaysian Consul General Kadir

23 March 2023 - Philippine Consul General to Istanbul Shirlene C. Mananquil paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Tengku Mohd Dzaraif Raja Abdul Kadir, Consul General of Malaysia to Istanbul.

Speaking in both English and Bahasa Melayu, the two Consuls General discussed areas of mutual interest such as the respective relations of both countries with Türkiye in terms of economics, trade, and tourism.

Both sides expressed hopes for a more vibrant friendship and cooperation between the two Consulates and countries, as two among the three ASEAN representatives in Istanbul, the economic capital of Türkiye.

Consul General Mananquil was joined by Vice Consul Maika Ros Fontelera during the visit. END
