The Philippine Consulate General in Istanbul (PCG Istanbul) informs Filipino citizens residing in the provinces of Istanbul, Balıkesir, Bilecik, Bursa, Çanakkale, Edirne, Kocaeli, Kırklareli, Sakarya, Tekirdağ and Yalova, which are under its jurisdiction, that the registration for the 2022 Philippine National Elections at the Consulate premises has been extended until 14 October 2021. All qualified Filipino citizens who are not yet registered overseas voters may file their applications for registration.
Filipino citizens are reminded not to wait until the end of the registration period to set an appointment in order to be assured a slot. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or via Facebook, download and fill up the overseas voter registration form from the PCG Istanbul website and then personally appear during their appointment schedule for biometrics capturing at the:

Kindly bring the following requirements: (1) photocopy of valid Philippine passport or for seamen, copy of seaman’s book and (2) accomplished overseas voter registration form. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, applicants are required to comply with public health regulations when visiting the Consulate.
Filipino citizens who have previously registered as overseas voters with the Philippine Embassy in Ankara and are qualified to vote DO NOT have to register again with PCG Istanbul.
