The passports of the following applicants who applied in June 2021  are now ready for release/pick-up. Applicants can claim their passport booklet every Monday to Friday from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. except during Philippine and Turkey holidays.

Filipino passport holders are reminded to claim their passports within one (1) year upon publication of this notice. Unclaimed passports beyond one (1) year will be returned to Manila for cancellation and disposal pursuant to existing DFA regulations.

Claimants must bring their previous passport booklet and official receipt and present the same to the Consular Section for passport release. A duly-signed letter of authorization is required for those that will send a representative to claim their new passport booklet, except for minor children whose passports can only be claimed by their parents.

Passport claimants do not need an appointment. The lists of claimants are with the Metrocity Building Management and one need only present an ID and their HES Codes to building security to identify the claimant.
