Happy 124th Birthday to our beloved Philippines!
The Philippine Consulate General in İstanbul presents the Philippine flag as it hangs proudly from the 6th floor balcony of Metrocity A Blok Building along one of the busiest thoroughfares in İstanbul.
Thank you Metrocity Board and Management, MFA-Istanbul as well as the Şişli Police for allowing us to display our nation’s most respected symbol even only for today, 12 June 2022, as Filipinos around the world commemorate Independence Day.
