The Consulate General of the Philippines intends to procure at least two (2) Philippine National flags to be used during the 124th Anniversary of the Commemoration of Declaration of Philippine Independence in Istanbul. The following shall be the technical specifications of the flags:
Size – 8 meters x 12 meters
Fabric: Nylon or Polyester
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the subject Philippine Flags is Five Thousand Turkish Liras (5,000 TL), inclusive of taxes and other lawful charges, chargeable against Post’s MOOE.
The Consulate General accepts open quotations submitted through email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or even through quotations taken from online platforms. The quotations should not exceed the Approved Budget for said annual insurance. The Consulate General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.
The quotation should be submitted to the Bids and Awards Committee not later than 5:00 pm of 07 June 2022.
