The Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines intends to procure services for the conduct of an online Turkish Language Course (Basic Level) for its personnel. Classes should be held at least twice a week after office hours and to start in December 2021. Certificates would be awarded to those who will complete the minimum number of required hours of class attendance.      

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the said services is Thirty Five Thousand Turkish Liras (35,000 TL) inclusive of taxes and other lawful charges.

The Consulate General accepts open quotations from reputable Turkish language schools submitted through email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or even through quotations taken from online platforms. The quotations should not exceed the Approved Budget for said services. The Consulate General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.

The quotation should be submitted to the Bids and Awards Committee not later than 5:00 pm of 24 November 2021.
