The Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines intends to procure the services for the organization of the 2021 Team Building Activity (TBA) in any venue within İstanbul Province for its nine (9) organic personnel with the following components:
- Hotel accommodations for one night (a Saturday)
- Transportation to and from İstanbul
- Meals for two days (breakfast and lunch)
- Fee for the Resource Person who will conduct the TBA, including the materials and venue to be used for the activity. Topics should be related to time-, stress-and conflict-management, positive communications as well as coaching and mentoring.
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the said goods and services is Forty Thousand Turkish Liras (40,000 TL) inclusive of taxes and other lawful charges.

A detailed CV of the Resource Person and the proposed activities for the TBA should be submitted. The quotations should not exceed the Approved Budget for said services. The Consulate General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.
The quotation should be submitted to the Bids and Awards Committee not later than 5:00 pm of 22 November 2021.
