The Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines intends to procure the following office and İT equipment for the official use of the Consulate General and would like to request price quotations from reputable suppliers:

          LOT 1:  Office Equipment
                      Uninterrupted Power Supply or UPS (4 units)    - at 3,400 TL each  

         LOT 2:   İT Equipment
                       Desktop Computer (1 unit)                     -  17,000  TL
                       Laptop Computers (3 units)                    -  22,000 TL each unit

          Each computer with a storage capacity of at least 1 terabyte (1 TB) and should have the installed operating system, basic office and anti-virus software as well as the necessary peripherals including mouse and USB adaptors, if needed. For the desktop, processor should be İ7 with at least a memory of at least of  8 GB RAM. For the laptops, processor could be M1 of at least a memory of 8 GB RAM.

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Ninety Six Thousand Six Hundred Turkish Liras (96,600 TL) exclusive of taxes but inclusive of all other lawful charges including delivery and installation.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or even through quotations taken from online platforms. The quotations should not exceed the Approved Budget for said goods. The Consulate General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.

The quotation should be submitted to the Bids and Awards Committee not later than 5:00 pm of 22 October 2021.
