The Consulate General of the Republic of the Philippines intends to procure for its use one brand new (1) passenger van with the following specifications:
- Engine displacement should not be more than 2500 cc if gasoline-fed and 3000 cc if diesel-fed;
- Height of the vehicle should not exceed 1.95 meters;
- Set of seasonal tires for replacement (optional package);
- İn addition to the standard accessory package, vehicle can also have a blind spot assistant (optional feature).
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the said goods is Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Turkish Liras (450.000,00 TL), exclusive of taxes but inclusive of other lawful charges (e.g., comprehensive insurance package (optional and if possible only), registration and license plate costs, shipment/delivery charges, etc.).

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or even through quotations taken from online platforms. The quotations should not exceed the Approved Budget for said goods. The Consulate General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.
The quotation should be submitted to the Bids and Awards Committee not later than 5:00 pm of 27 August 2021.
