On 16 October 2022, the Philippine Consulate General in Istanbul is organizing a Zoom Webinar from 1pm to 3pm (Turkey time) with speakers from the Philippines’ Social Security System and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration as well as the Istanbul Office of the Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu or SGK.

Among the topics to be discussed are insurance and social security benefits in times of sickness, work-related accidents, occupational diseases and maternity. The speakers will also discuss long-term insurance and benefits such as retirement, disability and death/survivorship.
